We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Address: Ascension St. Vincent - 2001 West 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct associates during a shift, ensure job expectations are met, and maintain policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address issues.
  • Prepare reports on production or sales for management.
  • Handle employee complaints and requests for time off.
  • Mentor and develop employees, encourage goal setting and advancement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
