We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while adhering to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
