Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage service flow to maintain safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly associates.
• Assist scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours with the AM/GM.
• Provide exceptional customer service and nurture an inclusive culture.
