Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity with ability to supervise peers.
• Good oral and written communication skills, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, basic computer literacy.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
