Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and restaurant cleanliness while driving profits.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Serv Safe certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Business maturity with ability to supervise peers
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin to ensure guest loyalty and brand standards
• Drive profits while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• May supervise colleagues in other hourly roles as needed
