Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and maintain cleanliness and food quality.

As a leadership team member, you will drive profits, participate in training, and support team development while working a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
