Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, reporting to exempt management. You will help ensure product quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction while developing leadership skills through on-the-job training.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, a passion for hospitality, and a willingness to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Brand Equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Coordinate with exempt management for training and leadership growth.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness; resolve guest issues promptly.
