Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Lead at one of our South Carolina Burger King locations to support the Restaurant GM and AGM in operating the shift efficiently and upholding brand standards.

The Shift Lead will supervise Crew Members, coach staff, and ensure prompt, friendly service while maintaining a clean, organized dining area and kitchen. Must be 18+, with a high school diploma and customer-service experience.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work across shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service and previous supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities; performs Crew Member duties when necessary.
