Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers seeks a Shift Lead (FT) for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The role supports the GM and AGM, overseeing a shift of Crew Members and ensuring quick, accurate product preparation and service while maintaining brand standards.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Good time management and ability to work across all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
• Frequent standing for long periods.
• Must lift 25-50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements.
• Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members.
• Performs duties of Crew Member when necessary.
