Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Lead for one of our Burger King locations in South Carolina. In this role, you will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing operations during shifts, ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards.

Success in this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, supplemented by previous supervisory experience. The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds at times.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members.
