Job summary

Applegreen Group in South Carolina is seeking a Shift Lead for one of our Burger King locations. The Shift Supervisor supports the Restaurant GM and AGM in managing operations during peak shifts, directing a crew and ensuring fast, friendly service.

You will uphold brand standards, coach team members, and handle busy periods with composure, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role requires supervisory experience, flexibility, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Good time management and ability to work across shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to move quickly through all restaurant areas.
• Frequent standing for long periods.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities.
• Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
