Job summary

Applegreen USA seeks a Shift Lead for one of its South Carolina Burger King locations. The Shift Supervisor supports the GM and AGM in managing operations during shifts and oversees a shift of Crew Members.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work across all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members and covers Crew Member duties when necessary.
