Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts and ensure exceptional service for travelers at Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon locations. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements within the plaza.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS operations, inventory checks, and maintaining product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities
