Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon locations inside our travel plazas. You will supervise team members, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities include training new hires, managing cash handling, POS transactions, and keeping kitchen and service areas clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS and handle payments according to policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, dating, stocking, temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prep, thaw, cook, package, clean.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
