Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety across our travel plazas.

You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and support daily operations to ensure smooth service for travelers while maintaining a friendly, efficient workplace. We offer a flexible schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures and checks.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist with kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and stay knowledgeable about offerings.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
