Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams across Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon outlets. You will ensure exceptional customer service, follow brand standards, and support training of new hires.

The role requires cash handling experience, some leadership background, and the ability to interact with travelers and staff in a positive, energetic manner. Flexible shifts and food service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Perform opening, daily and closing procedures and POS operations.
• Stock, clean and maintain workstation and equipment; ensure food safety standards.
