The role requires a proactive leader who can manage opening through closing procedures, operate the POS, up-sell products, and maintain product quality and cleanliness while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Shift supervision or leadership experience preferred.
• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with the public and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns on shift.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
