Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily store operations, coach the crew, and uphold our standard of excellence in service, quality, and safety. You will lead custard preparation, inventory, and cash handling while driving sales and ensuring a positive, productive work environment during open and close shifts.

Candidates must be 18+ with at least 6 months of management or Andy’s experience; quick-service background preferred, with ability to work late nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of management experience and/or Andy’s experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to manage cash and handle banking policies.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to use touch-sensitive POS system.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and supervise shifts.
• Train and coach crew on performance and policy.
• Oversee custard preparation, inventory, and quality control.
• Drive KPIs to boost sales and transaction growth.
• Open and close store as a key holder and provide leadership when GM/AGM absent.
• Maintain a positive, professional work environment and provide timely feedback to staff.
