Andy's Frozen Custard in Hunters Creek, FL is seeking a Shift Manager to ensure smooth operation of each shift, model calm leadership, train new associates, and uphold our high product quality and exceptional guest service. This hands-on role requires 18+, 6+ months management in food service, flexibility for late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or related field.
• This is a hands-on role, able to work all shifts up front with guests and staff.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
• Leads by example and upholds high operation standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work full-time with open availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong references from previous employers.
