Andy’s is hiring a Shift Manager to support daily store operations, mentor crew, and ensure adherence to standards of quality and service. You will manage shift crews, handle custard production, and drive KPIs while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role requires 6+ months of management experience in a quick-service setting or with Andy’s, and you must be at least 18 years old. Full-time position with benefits and a requirement to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management experience or Andy’s experience
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Experience in quick service is preferred
• Ability to manage, train, and coach team members
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations on shift and ensure procedures are followed
• Train and coach Crew, Custard, and Customer teams
• Open/close store and manage shift duties as key holder
• Lead store during GM or AGM absence and drive KPIs
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards in all tasks
