Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service. This role emphasizes training new associates, maintaining calm leadership, opening and closing the store, and upholding our high product standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry
• This is an extremely "hands on" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a leader that helps their team grow through constant coaching and feedback
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays
• Solid employment track record with positive references
