Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to ensure smooth shift operations, lead by example, and train new associates. You will open and close the store, uphold high standards, and deliver exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of management experience in food service or related industry.
• Must be able to work all shifts up front taking care of guests and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Must coach and provide feedback to the team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must work full-time with open availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
