You will monitor cash handling, training for new hires, and compliance with food safety policies in a fast-paced plaza environment.

The role emphasizes proactive service, accurate POS transactions, and cross-selling while maintaining product knowledge and a cooperative team atmosphere with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling and rotation.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping and cooking as needed.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies; report issues to plaza leadership.
