Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety.<\/p>

You will train new team members, manage opening/closing procedures, operate the POS, and help drive sales with cross-selling, while maintaining a safe, clean plaza environment and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures / checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling and store cleanliness.
• Train new team members and maintain brand standards.
• Follow company policies and report concerns to plaza leadership.
