Applegreen in Clyde, OH seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will train new teammates and monitor cash handling compliance, while coordinating with plaza leadership on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or issues.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
