Job summary

Applegreen Clyde plaza is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee team performance, train new hires, and maintain strict cash handling and brand standards.

In this fast-paced role you will supervise opening/closing tasks, manage POS transactions, and uphold food safety protocols while supporting a busy travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure food handling procedures, labeling, dating, stocking, and storage are followed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
