Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, follow brand standards, and adhere to food safety requirements. The role includes training newly hired staff and monitoring cash handling procedures across the plaza.

You will also perform opening/closing tasks, operate the POS, manage stock and food prep tasks, cross‑sell products, and maintain product knowledge while upholding all company policies.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures and stock viability.
• Assist in training new team members and cross‑train in kitchen tasks.
• Follow brand standards and all policies and procedures.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or concerns.
