Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete duties accurately, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

You will train new hires, monitor cash handling, and maintain operations across our plaza, with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking and checking temperatures.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain brand standards.
