Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top-quality customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and perform opening/closing duties across the plaza.

Responsibilities include operating POS, ensuring proper food handling, and maintaining product knowledge while supporting a proactive, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle payments per policy.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks, prep, cooking, packaging, cleaning as needed.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Train new team members and uphold brand standards.
