Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Missouri is seeking a Shift Manager to direct daily operations, train and coach crew, and run shifts to meet key performance goals in custard quality, guest service, and cash handling.

You must be at least 18 and have 6 months of management experience, with quick service preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of management experience, quick service preferred.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work late nights and weekends, plus some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and lead the crew on shift.
• Train, coach, and develop new employees on shift.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain customer service standards and handle cash according to policy.
• Open and close the store as a key holder and provide direction in their absence.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and efficiency.
