Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Streamwood, IL is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily store operations and lead shifts with a customer‑first mindset. You will train crew, ensure adherence to quality and service standards, and role model Andy’s culture while directing Custard, Crew and Customer outcomes.

You must be at least 18, have 6+ months of management experience (quick service preferred), and be able to work late nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management experience and/or Andy’s experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Quick service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties.
• Train and coach crew to achieve key results in Custard, Crew and Customers.
• Lead the crew to maintain service speed, quality and standards.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are followed.
• Manage cash handling and operate the touch POS system.
