The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of management experience in quick service, is 18+ years old, and can work late nights and weekends as needed. The position supports a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, ensuring compliance with Andy’s standards in product prep, service, and safety.
• Train and coach team members; run shifts to achieve key results in Custard, Crew, and Customers.
• As key holder, perform opening and closing duties and lead store when GM/AGM are absent.
• Drive KPIs to support sales and maintain a calm, high-service environment.
