Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Shawnee, KS is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily store operations, coach crews, and uphold our standards of quality and guest experience. You will oversee custard preparation, control inventory, manage cash handling, and ensure safety and sanitation during your shift.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of management experience, are 18 or older, and can work late nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management and/or Andy’s experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Custard: Ensure inventory levels per shift; operate custard machines; prepare items per quality standards; complete Food Safety and Training programs.
• Crew: Drive KPIs to boost sales; maintain calm during high volume; train and develop new employees on shift; provide clear feedback; act as key holder with opening/closing duties; lead store when management not present; reinforce policies and dress code.
• Customer: Deliver legendary customer service; use operational tools to improve efficiency; maintain health and safety regulations.
