Andy's Frozen Custard in Missouri is seeking a Crew Member to uphold our standard of excellence by preparing quality treats in a clean, safe, and efficient manner while delivering an excellent customer experience. You must be at least 16 years old and able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

You will handle cash, operate a touch‑screen POS, follow safety guidelines, and help keep the store welcoming and tidy.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Capable of cash handling according to policies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a touch‑sensitive POS system.

Responsibilities

• Memorizes recipes and standards.
• Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product.
• Prepares items according to standards and quality controls.
• Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods.
• Performs cleaning duties to keep facilities sanitary.
• Follow and reinforce operational policies and dress code.
• Deliver legendary customer service and efficiently handle orders.
• Handle transactions and provide correct change when needed.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all times.
