Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily store operations, train and coach team members, and ensure adherence to company standards of quality and service. The role emphasizes serving customers with a “customer comes first” attitude and maintaining a high-energy, compliant environment.

The position requires 6+ months of management experience and the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management experience and/or Andy’s experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to manage cash according to cash handling and banking policies.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct inventory levels are met per shift.
• Operate custard machines and ensure high quality product is produced.
• Ensure all custard/food items are prepared according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Complete designated Food Safety and Training programs as prescribed.
• Drive key performance indicators to drive sales and transaction growth.
• Lead store operations as a key holder during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide clear, specific, timely and respectful feedback to crew and managers.
