Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking a Shift Manager to guide daily store operations, coach crew, and uphold quality and safety standards. You will manage cash handling, operate the POS system, and ensure excellent customer service during shifts, including opening and closing duties.

The role requires at least 6 months of management experience in quick service, strong leadership, and the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management experience (quick service preferred).
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience in a fast-paced quick-service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations during shifts to meet performance goals.
• Train and coach crew, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards and safety protocols are followed.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system according to policies.
• Open/close duties and manage store during shifts when leadership isn’t present.
