Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff when a manager is not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures run smoothly while maintaining daily operations.

The role emphasizes supervising crew, assisting customers, handling concerns, and maintaining stock and presentation aligned with CVS standards. 24 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily tasks.
• Assist customers and handle complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
