This role emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, and efficient operations, with a typical 20 hours per week and a focus on flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and coordinates tasks; ensure follow-up and communication with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; uphold CVS customer service standards and protect confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain seasonal promotions.
