Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are unavailable, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, maintaining smooth operations.

The role emphasizes supervising a team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining store presentation, with a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• 1. Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities; effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• 2. Customer Service: Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle all customer relations issues per policy; maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• 3. Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following POGs.
