Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering excellent customer service and driving store execution in Connecticut. When managers are absent, you will lead the crew, supervise daily tasks, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

You will handle customer questions, maintain confidentiality, stock shelves, price merchandise, and reset departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision capabilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide strong customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, stocking and display maintenance.
• Support opening/closing procedures and the store’s daily execution.
