Job summary

CVS Health in Danvers, MA is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution while fostering customer loyalty through excellent service.

In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, supervise daily activities, open and close procedures, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and stock control to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
