Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You’ll lead staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and customer service remains high.

You will supervise crews, handle customer inquiries, and maintain merchandising standards, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.

• Maintain pricing, shelf stock, and merchandise displays per planograms.
