Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure workflow is followed, observe traffic, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise checklists, keep store clean and safe, report issues promptly.
• Team Training: support new juicers through training, practice, and validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to deliver warm, memorable interactions.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store performance.
