Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure smooth operations and timely opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, and executing weekly promotions and displays, with a typical 40-hour work week and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays; reset departments per planograms.
