Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will help manage the staff during shifts, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and promote a positive shopping experience for all customers.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and strong communication. Hours include some early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a pay range reflecting part-time retail roles.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff, assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments after planograms and ensure displays stay current.
