Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead store staff during shifts, and ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, supervising the crew, maintaining displays, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. The position offers a flexible schedule and pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
