Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across our travel plaza locations, ensuring friendly service and adherence to brand standards and food safety.

You will train new team members, oversee cash handling, manage opening and closing procedures, and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.

This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Adhere to food safety, labeling, dating and stocking procedures.
