Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead break, lunch, and dinner shifts across our travel plazas. You will guide team members, ensure top‑notch customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and help maintain smooth daily operations while providing a welcoming experience for travelers at our sites. This role requires flexibility for varied hours and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Aufgaben

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and safety requirements, plus all policies.
