CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving store execution, performance and customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, maintaining a smooth operation and a positive customer experience.

The role requires the ability to supervise, communicate, and resolve issues promptly, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Supervise crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays and inventory per planograms.
