Job summary

Trulieve in Scranton, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in leading store personnel and daily operations. You will help achieve key metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering a superior customer experience.

The role requires strong cash handling, a high school diploma, and excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Shift work includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/AGM in supervising store personnel and daily operations.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Coach, train and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and handle patient issues.
